What is GoJu Ryu Style?
GoJu Ryu is a major, traditional Okinawan karate style named for its blend of "hard" (go) and "soft" (ju) techniques, combining strong linear blocks and punches with circular movements, joint locks, and grappling. Founded by Chojun Miyagi from Naha-te, it emphasizes breathing, body conditioning, close-range combat.
